Other than that the 3600 is the better cpu. The only real pro about it is it's 140$ versus the 3600's 200$ price point. I'd go with the 3600 cause it's the most future proof since amd is planning to support the socket for the next gen.ĮDIT: I was wrong about the 9400f providing more frames. 9400f will provide more frames right now and it's cheaper but 3600 has 12 threads and the zen 2 platform which will let u upgrade to future zen cpus if you choose to. This guy has your GPU and a way better cpu and he's hella hitting frames. My friend has a 3700x on his 1080 and he's constantly a 200+ frames. To even provide more evidence, I have a 1080 ti and dip to 30-40s in team fights and can't even maintain 100 fps in laning phase for league of legends with a stock 3770k. Plus your GPU isn't a slouch(gtx 1070 equivalent). Lowering graphic settings only increases fps when your GPU is the bottleneck. Another thing is you lowering the settings not affecting the fps. For these competitive low end games, it's always the CPU.I can tell because your dipping into the 50s,which is the CPUs job to prevent with its 1% and 0.1% lows. Don't listen to the people telling you it's the GPU.
